- Who Wins? The first person to comment, as seen on the seller's screen, gets the item. Note that due to comment lag, your screen might show you as first, but the seller's view determines the winner.
- Best Practices: Make sure you are using the exact keyword required by the host.
Are Claims Binding
- Yes: In most cases, claiming an item is considered a binding purchase.
- Consequences: If you claim, you are expected to pay, usually via an invoice sent after the show. Repeated failure to pay can result in being banned from future live shows.
What If I Change My Mind?
- Final Sale: Many sellers have a "no cancellations" policy, stating that once an item is marked for you, it is your item.
- Exceptions: Some hosts may allow cancellations if you message them immediately, but this is rare and considered "unpopular" in many selling communities.
